"We totally enjoyed almost everything about this property. The location, the ease to find and all the amenities. The staff super nice, the pool and steam a great treat after a long day. The restaurant for breakfast is very good, lots of selection. The dinner on the other hand was lack luster with options that that were limited. Nothing for a non meat eater and the service was confusing. overall I highly recommend and its great value. "

"What a beautiful Chateau! The owner tells me that they spent 5 years restoring it. It is wonderful. Be aware they only offer dinner on Saturday nights - I checked before. The good news is they do cheese and charcuterie boards. This suited me down to the ground. A glass of red wine and I was very happy. Charming owners too. Great if you use as a stopover en route as only 15 mins from Bordeaux and 5 mins from the motorway. Sweet little village too."

"This hotel is the best i have stayed in receptionist couldn't help us enough restaurant was not opened the night we arrived but he told us where the nearest place was to eat about four minute walk the food was lovely and so was the staff so friendly we booked a hotel room but when we got there they said we have put you in a apartment across the road we have a dog it was heaven for all of us so much room lovely places to walk the dog breakfast next morning absolutely fabulous staff was attentive making sure we had everything we needed best continental breakfast by far in france location not far from motorway cant say how much i love this place "

"If you want to relax and get out of big cities noise, this is the place for you. A lot of outside area to relax and enjoy the natural environment. A place to go. We recommend this Hotel and will go there again "

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the property wowed us. It had everything, apart from a second dishwasher (we were being a lazy party of 10) that we needed. Each room was individual with bed linen and towels to go with them. A toilet on each floor and en-suites made for harmonious living. Philippe did apologise for problems with one toilet but that was very minor to us. The pool was lovely although not as well used as could have been due to the weather. The lift was brilliant as those of us who had difficulties with the spiral staircase were able to access all areas. The mosquitos did seem to find a way round the screens which may need some attention but it didn’t detract from the overall stay. In short if you are going to Bordeaux go and stay here it’s wonderful. "
