"We had a beautiful suite on the 3rd floor next to the entertainment. It was amazing and we all enjoyed both nights, we are 5 women over 65 & it was perfect. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed each day by us and we met and made new friends each time! It was a short walk to old Quebec City and we walked and enjoyed restaurants, the shops and sightseeing. We also ate at the hotel and all meals were excellent. Having the Jax & Gil around the corner was very handy. We did have 2 issues, a toilet that leaked and water pooled on the floor, we placed a towel on the floor. We had to ask each day for towels, coffee and cups for 5, we were only left 3 each day. Maybe have the cleaning staff with a printout of the number of people in each suite. They were minor inconveniences and did not detract from our stay and enjoyment at all. We are all so pleased that we booked with your hotel. "

"This was a very convenient location and nit far off the highway for our trip between Nova Scotia and home in Ontario. The room is very clean and comfortable with a lovely little balcony over looking the pool area. Great place to relax after a long day of driving. "
