  - A large living room with large sliding doors (double glazed), equipped with a sofa / bed (B Z 160), flat screen TV 80, dresser (doors and 3 drawers), oval table, 4 chairs Rattan
 - Loggia (covered balcony with table and chairs)
 - Kitchenette behind a polished solid wood bar, 2 rattan bar stools,
