"We 6 stayed here at the end of May 2025 (two early 20’s, two early 50’s, and 2 early-mid 70’s). Property was reasonably clean. You get the top two floors of a 3-story row house. Bedroom on the ‘first’ floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Half bath on the 2nd floor, two full baths, so anyone staying on the 2nd floor needs to go up another flight to shower. "Paris was super responsive and took care of all our needs during out stay. On a particularly hot day, she bought pedestal fans for us to use. The house is very spacious, clean and is in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to excellent food options. Old Montreal is a walking distance away. Highly recommended !!"
