"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. The amazing house is very clean, very well equiped (shampoo, towels and lots usuful herbs and other things for cooking. Spacious rooms, sunny swimming pool with lots of deck chairs. "Das Haus war echt super. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Haus hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, das habe ich selten gesehen. Es war alles da was man hätte gebrauchen können und noch mehr! Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist ein Lebensmittel Laden mit allem was man möchte. Eine super Lage, von den Nachbarn hat man auch kaum was gesehen also ist man echt unter sich gewesen es war alles...

"We stayed as a family here between city sightseeing trips and loved the atmosphere, natural beauty, immaculate and very comfortable home, as well as the kind and attentive hosting by the Montant family. It is a gorgeous area, walks to grocery and some restaurants or 15 min drive to Annecy Old Town and all the lovely social life there by the canal. Absolutely loved our time here. The welcome book and wine cellar were especially nice touches, and both very well used 😌"

"Vraiment logement très bien situé et très grand.Bonne communication avec l’agence qui gère le bien.Le seul bémol était le manque de chauffage dans les chambres.Sans doute un problème sur les radiateurs qui pourra être facilement pour les prochains voyageurs."

"A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également."
