With a surface area of 100m², this house has a fitted kitchen opening onto a large, bright living room, a work area, two beautiful bedrooms with views over the garden, a storeroom area, a shower room with toilet and a third bedroom on the mezzanine.

Comfortable, bright and fully functional, you can enjoy the enclosed wooded garden and sunny or shady terraces all day long. An unforgettable holiday just a few minutes from the shops, the beaches of Contis and Cap de l'Homy and the cycle paths!
