"First, I'd like to say that the manager communicated with me often. It was warm in Montreal and the two bedroom apartment had one small split unit in the living room/ kitchen and we had to use a fan to push the cool air around. Except for this building the neighborhood seems kind of sketchy. We were assured that our car would be fine in the parking garage which we had to pay for."
