"The room was great except there was no hot water in one of the sinks. Location was great - centrally located for our purposes. Breakfast was adequate. Our chief concerns was with the staff. Although some of the valets were very helpful, it was difficult to tell who were ballets and who were security. Sometimes neither were available. Our chief complaint was with one young female desk attendant. We felt we were being discriminated against because we were older. We heard her give complete explanations to others. But she was always curt with us. We waited 10 minutes while due chatted with coworkers. She did not speak with us until we asked someone from housekeeping for help. "
