"Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"Good rooms, not much to do in the hotel, the reception open hours are poor (bar Saturday) and so if you arrive between 12 and 5 midweek..... good luck The comms from the hotel was not great, and a quick answer to one question would have helped (luggage store). Also, the ski place next door is great and you get a discount - so just go. there"

"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding...

"We had a great time at the P&V Atria-Crozats Residence. The property is stylish and relatively well positioned within the resort with stairs down to the village centre close by and easy access to slopes. However, this is not necessarily ideal for young children as it could be cumbersome to carry them and the ski gear up to the building… The children corner is a nice concept but the toys were mainly for toddlers and had missing parts. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains.
