We spent our last night in France at this hotel. The check in staff was incredible. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. I had purchased a lot of items in glass bottles and asked Stephanie at the front desk where I might purchase packaging materials. As it was Easter, all the shops were closed. She consulted with the kitchen staff and soon they had gathered up newspaper and other materials to ensure my French products all arrived home safely. Very difficult to get in at night, lovely desk help in the morning.

For one night stay close to the airport this is a nice and affordable place. It is a short walk to/from the airport although Google maps gives you a longer route to walk. It would be great if the hotel offered shuttle service early in the morning.

Very clean and nice

We loved staying at this hotel in Toulouse! Our room was beautifully designed with great amenities and the location allowed us to walk all around the historic center of Toulouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about our stay were the fabulous breakfasts! There was a huge selection of high quality food offered. We would definitely stay here again!

Great deal for a family to have this much room and a kitchen. Location is good near train station, but little far from the river (have to take bus/subway). Front desk staff were awesome and offered to help us out with many aspects of our stay in Toulouse - provided location of grocery, good restaurant recommendation, and how to get to Airbus via tram.

You can literally walk to the airport in 7 minutes if you wish but there is a free shuttle if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is new, and the room we had was large and modern. I will definitely return in the future. We used to stay at Novotel or Campanile but for the money this is far superior. The front desk people were efficient but not very friendly.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. La propreté est irréprochable, et les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, notamment la salle de sport, très bien aménagée. Le restaurant situé dans le même bâtiment est également une excellente adresse, avec une cuisine de qualité et un service agréable. Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Location is perfect- steps from the Pont neuf. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond with genuine hospitality!
