"We had a great family holiday here. The owners were really helpful and responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early on the first day which was much appreciated after a 4.45 wake up on the ferry! The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The warm outside shower was great for after the beach. Lovely beaches very nearby which we had to ourselves (end of May). The garden was great for the kids and we enjoyed the selection of garden games. We’d come and stay here again....

Sadly, the Nest did not live up to its description and the owner was less than hospitable. There was no satellite TV. She told us it had broken that week. Other reviews (seen too late) on other sites showed me that it had been broken for at least a year. The wifi worked only outside, at the back door or in a corner of the attic. The location of the property was ideal for our needs in a quiet secluded spot with plenty of walks for our dogs.
