- The village center is 200 m away
- The mini-market is 230 m away
- The ski lifts are 3 km away
- The free shuttle bus stop is 250 m away (stop "Saint Jean Centre")
- Ski lessons: There are different departure times for ski lessons. This varies depending on the time of year and the type of lesson. We invite you to contact the school and give them the address of your accommodation.

HOW ARE THE KEYS GIVEN?
The reception and key handover take place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

IS THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away and, if applicable, the cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes).

!! HOUSEHOLD LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED!!
Linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own linen. These services are offered as an option, to be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Linen rental (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: the width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet (260 x 240)

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are not allowed. It may seem rigid, but we have had too much abuse. Thank you for your understanding.

ACCOMMODATION RULES AND CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m. at the latest.
- The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator,
furniture, etc.), trash cans and, if applicable, cleaning the fireplace (windows and
ashes).
- A deposit is required for certain reservations. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured within two weeks of arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit). It self-cancels 20 days after your departure.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- THE BALCONY OVERLOOKS A DEPARTMENTAL ROAD (risk of noise pollution)
- No WIFI but good 4G coverage
- Other equipment missing: no freezer compartment, no washing machine, no garden furniture, no grill or barbecue
- 2nd floor without elevator
- The staircase leading to the mezzanine is very steep

!! We are not able to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left and so on).
