logement trop petit pour 5 personnes

A l'arrivée, ménage fait mais très sal mais l'agence s'est escusez et nous a fait une remise sur les frais de ménage.Ensuite le logement est très bien mais pour 3 personnes et non 6 comme indiqué sur l'annonce.La literie n'est pas au top par contre car le matelas du bas très dur comme sur une planche en bois et les autres matelas très mou.Sinon table a manger pour 4 alors que le logement peut allez jusqu'à 6 personnes.Sinon résidence sécurisée et par contre le logement est conçu pour avoir en stationnement 1 place de parking par logement.

Maison sympa mais gestionnaire juste là pour encaisser.

Petite maison sympa avec piscine. Malheureusement la gestion par Foncia est passable : une simple enveloppe et les clés à récupérer sur le trottoir sans plus d'infos, on se débrouille pour trouver la place de parking, le logement dans une grande résidence... Les documents donnés sont des copies, de copies illisibles et quand on informe par écrit l'agence que le ménage inclus dans le prix de la location est déplorable (poussière sur les tables de nuit, autour de la baignoire, odeur d'urine dans les toilettes, frite séchée sous le lit enfant), on a pas de retour, même 2 jours après notre retour ! Vraiment dommage.

St Jean de Monts - loc Verts marines

Location bien située, en retrait de l'agitation estivale du front de mer, mais offrant un accès rapide et facile à la plage en vélo ou en voiture. Résidence constituée de petites maisons accolées, a l'abri d'une pinède, calme et sécurisée. Grande piscine collective très propre avec des transats en nombre suffisant. Le logement était propre et conforme au descriptif avec un me terrasse protégée du vis à vis.
