Welcome to Glampling lodging "Le Bois Martineau" which is located in Saint Jean de Monts, Vendée, Pays de la Loire region. 45 minutes from Nantes, 1h30 from Puy du Fou, and 2 hours from La Rochelle, the site offers a privileged setting in a landscape surrounded by nature.

At 2 km from the beach and downtown, on foot or by bike, by the forest or by the road, the situation of this unusual cottage is ideal between land and sea.
The first place of life is the main house with its veranda - dining room. There follows a living room and the kitchen area. A master bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and its own outdoor terrace.

The second place of life is the Glamping tent located in the heart of the garden with a double bed of 160cm and its own terrace.
Its private garden of 450m2 with trees and flowers, is accompanied by a spa-jacuzzi 6 people.

Their owners wanted to create a warm and zen universe designed for your well-being. Everything is done to enjoy the cottage indoors and outdoors.

Glamping cottage "Le Bois Martineau" provides maximum comfort and facilities:

Très bien

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Saint Jean de Mont avec une belle météo en prime. L’accueil de Fanny et Jean Marie était parfait ainsi que la maison, et le jardin (notre chien a aimé aussi :-) ). Le spa est un vrai plus pour se détendre après nos balades à vélo, vélos qui étaient à notre disposition pour notre plus grand plaisir… On a apprécié la climatisation dans la maison, tout le confort nécessaire y est. Un grand merci à nos hôtes et au plaisir de revenir dans cette belle région.

Heerlijke week gehad

We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad. Het ontvangst van Jean-Marie en Femmy is zeer warm en uitgebreid. Ze spreken helaas hoofdzalelijk frans, maar mijn vrouw spreekt aardig frans. Het huis is niet groot, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is groot en prachtig. Allemaal verschillende zitjes en hele goede ligbedden. Als hoogtepunt in de tuin natuurlijk de jacuzzi. Het was daarin heerlijk toeven.

Schöne Spätsommerferien

Wir waren zu zweit mit einem Hund die 1. Septemberwoche dort. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sehr gemütlich, sehr ruhig gelegen und keine 5 Minuten von Pinienwald entfernt in dem man lange und schöne Spaziergänge machen kann. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss ca. 30 Minuten oder besser man nimmt eines der 4 vorhanden Fahrräder. Im Jacuzzi der alleine zum Haus gehört kann man gut relaxen. Das ganze Grundstück ist vollkommen eingezäunt Fanny und Jean-Marie sind wundervolle Gastgeber und machen alles, damit man es dort gut hat.

Le gîte proposé par Fanny et Jean-Marie, fut un vrai plaisir à vivre, Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie. Fanny et Jean-Marie sont à la fois prévenants, disponibles et discrets. Oase van rust in een bruisende omgeving

Alle eerdere recensies zijn helemasl waar. Een fijn huis in een bruisende omgeving. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is geweldig en heeft meerdere plekken om lekker te zitten met een glas wijn of een goed boek. Tja, en de jacuzzi...wat een luxe! Echt een oase van rust. We voelden ons zeer welkom. De hartelijke ontvangst heeft daar absoluut aan bijgedragen. Wij hebben genoten!

Toller Urlaub in Saint-Jean-de-Monts

Die Unterkunft und die Gegend bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool ist hierbei ein besonderes highlight, welches wir gerne in Anspruch genommen haben. Auch die zusätzliche Außenküche fanden wir toll. In Saint-Jean-de-Monts ist täglich Markt (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto entfernt). Hier haben wir uns mit frischen Obst und Gemüse sowie fangfrischem Fisch und leckeren Käse versorgt. Dazu gibt es große Supermärkte (z.B. Lidl) in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es etwa 2km. Am Strand stehen zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, so dass wir selbst in der Hauptsaison keine Probleme hatten einen Parkplatz in Strandnähe zu finden. Außerdem besteht auch die Möglichkeit mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern zum Strand zu fahren. Fanny und Jean Marie sind wunderbare Gastgeber, welche mit ihren Tipps den Urlaub bereichert haben. Besonders zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge zur Île d’Yeu und zur Île de Noirmoutier. Bei letzterer sollten man unbedingt auch die Passage du Gois befahren. Ist wirklich ein Erlebnis. Wir waren begeistert, danke Fanny und Jean Marie

Gite de rêve

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine malgré un temps météo un peu timide ..mais le gîte de rêve a su nous faire oublier ce temps .et le jaccuzi au top !!!, Tout est conforme à l'annonce ..les gérants sont adorables, accueil chaleureux. wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem wirklich wunderschönen und gepflegten Ferienhaus. Der Whirlpool war gerade in den kühleren Tagen ein echtes Highlight. Wenn der Strand nicht in der Nähe wäre, möchte man den gepflegten Garten mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten gar nicht verlassen. Mit den Fahrrädern sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Vermieter Fanny und Jean-Marie waren sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Beau gîte cocooning où l'on s'y sent très bien !!

Le gîte est vraiment très agréable, spacieux et avec plusieurs petites terrasses à l'extérieur pour y passer de bons moments en famille. Le logement était très propre, il ne manque rien, et la tente est amusante et spacieuse aussi, notre fille a beaucoup apprécié l'effet safari 😊. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles si besoin. Localisation au top, proches de tout et les vélos à disposition un vrai plus ! 👍 Nous recommandons dans hésiter cette location.

On s'y sent bien comme à la maison !

Tout est fait pour être bien de l'accueil par les propriétaires jusqu'au départ du site. Un magnifique lieu qui permet de se ressourcer avec les enfants avec beaucoup plaisir. La tente a été investi par les enfants dès leur arrivée. Le jacuzzi après une bonne journée d'activité est tellement appréciable pour se détendre avant de dormir. Et les propriétaires sont tellement avenants que le séjour se passe dans des conditions incroyables. A ne pas hésiter pour y aller, entre amis, en famille ou en couple quelque soit la période.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das toll eingerichtete Haus und das Grundstück mit Rasen, kleinem Pool und vielen schattigen Plätzen war ideal für heiße Tage. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist man aber auch ganz schnell am schönen Sandstrand. Die Wellen sind eher moderat und nordseeartig, so dass man sich gut im Wasser abkühlen kann. Dazu kommt, dass Fanny und Jean-Marie sehr nett und sehr um die Gäste bemüht sind. Isgesamt ein rundum toller Urlaub.

Des hotes charmants pour une propriété charmante

Tout est parfait, les hôtes très attentionnés et hyper sympa une maison tout en cocooning , confortable, agréable ou l'on s'y sent bien, et des extérieurs harmonieux, avec une belle végétation, des coins repos, et un spa pour la détente. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Fanny et Jean Marie, leur accueil est chaleureux et professionnel, ils sont restés à notre écoute tout en étant très discret. Le gîte est conforme aux photos, propre, confortable et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, le tout au calme. Le jardin est propice à la détente et nous avons apprécié les moments passés dans le jacuzzi. Un écrin aux calme

Une jolie petite maison dans un écrin de verdure malheureusement la communication en amont avec le propriétaire n'a pas été au top nous avions réservé au départ pour 3 adultes la maison étant inscrite dans l'annonce pour 5 vacanciers nous n'avons pas compris le refus du propriétaire dans notre demande pour rajouter deux personnes pour notre séjour c'est bien dommage car l'accueil était professionnel et la maison est très sympathique

Un vrai cocon dans cette période difficile

Très bon séjour, les proprio sont très sympas et à l'écoute. La véranda et la tente extérieure étaient un vrai plus. Le Jacuzzi était top et très spacieux!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la propriété est très bien située, dans un quartier calme et reposant, et le logement est réellement comme sur les photos. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympas, je vous recommande vraiment ce logement. Je pense y retourner si nous passons dans le secteur

Als god in Frankrijk

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de beheerders van dit paradijsje. De koelkast is gevuld met een koude witte wijn en een sapje. Daarnaast een heerlijk brioche brood en zout uit de directe omgeving. Een plek in een zeer rustige woonwijk, 2 kilometer van het strand, een oase van rust. Die rust wordt versterkt door het luxe verblijf met jacuzzi, glamping tent in de tuin en voorzieningen in het huis. Je kunt zien dat de eigenaren met veel liefde en trots dit paradijsje vorm hebben gegeven. Wij waren te gast met 2 tieners van 17 jaar die hun eigen verblijf en douche hadden in het buitenverblijf. Wij als ouders hadden de woning tot onze beschikking. Het dorpje is op fietsafstand en heeft een gezellige bedrijvigheid met een leuke uitgebreide wekelijkse markt. In de directe omgeving is genoeg te doen. Het strand, leuke plaatsjes, eilandjes etc. Een heerlijke week gehad waarbij we ons als een god in Frankrijk voelden. Fanny en Jean Marie hebben daar met hun gastvrijheid enorm aan bijgedragen. Merci beaucoup.
