This studio rental facing the sea for holidays is located on the 2nd floor of a small residence and includes: a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people (140) and balcony overlooking the sea, television, an equipped kitchen area (electric oven, 3 vitro burners and dishwasher), a bathroom with toilet, washing machine.

The advantages of this accommodation by the sea: a balcony with garden furniture and sun awning giving a very pretty view of the sea. Private parking space. This apartment is classified as 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. End of stay cleaning included.

Appartement top tout le nécessaire est dispo, parking et situation top, le seul soucis comme d'habitude c'est Foncia... Appartement soit disant nettoyé a l'arrivée pas du tout on a du faire le ménage complet..

Mitigé plus !!

Appartement bien équipé et idéalement situé, vue imprenable sur la mer. Malheureusement très poussiéreux à notre arrivée, nous avons dû refaire le ménage alors que l'agence nous a certifié qu'il avait été fait ! Le canapé lit est vraiment peu confortable et en fin de vie ! Enfin un petit mot pour l'agence (que je ne citerai pas!), qui fait la sourde d'oreille et très peu concernée par nos remarques, malgré le fait d'avoir accepté 2 visites pendant notre séjour...et oui l'appartement est en vente !
