L'appartement est trĂšs central et le parking compris est un vrai plus. Tout se fait Ă  pied. L'appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et a Ă©tĂ© refait rĂ©cemment. Deux points de vigilance : le mĂ©nage Ă©tait trĂšs approximatif (bien qu'en pĂ©riode COVID) et l'emplacement central est probablement bruyant en pleine saison (appartement au 1er Ă©tage sur une petite place avec un bar et un parking 2 roues motorisĂ©es sous la fenĂȘtre). Pour les intoxiquĂ©s, la TV TNT est trĂšs capricieuse.

Les +: Hyper centre et donc idĂ©alement situĂ©. Appartement fonctionnel, clair, dĂ©co sympa, tout pratiquement neuf et extrĂȘmement propre. Literie neuve. Les -: couchage du canapĂ© raide et pas pratique (lit Ă  dĂ©faire pour le replier). Pas de voilage dans le salon alors qu'au 1er Ă©tage d'une place avec restaurants, donc ouverture des rideaux une fois habillĂ©s. Je recommande pour ceux qui ne privilĂ©gient pas le calme, mais on le sait quand on vient Ă  St Jean, l'Ă©tĂ©.
