appart très agréable, bien conçu, bonnes literies, grandes pièces, belles salle de bain, et cuisine; ne manque quasiment rien. Sa position accés grande plage à 5,7mn à pieds. Seul point négatif important est son faux 1ier étage, donnant l'ouverture terrasse en rez de chaussé sur la rue et trottoir, les piétons indiscrets ont vie directe sur les occupants....c'est dommage.
