Apartment 4 people (ideal for 2) in the historic center of Saint Jean de Luz. Classified 3 ***. First floor of a small character residence. Located at the back, on the courtyard side, quiet. Everything on foot. Beach and port 5 minutes away. Halles at 150m. Supermarket and cinema at 100 m. Pedestrian streets at 100m. At 200 m a public park with games for children. Everything is new! Bedding, household appliances, utensils.
Fully equipped kitchen. granite worktop. Refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, combined grill and microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso coffee makers and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, teapot.
Bedroom with a large dressing room. New 140x190 bedding. In the living room a Diva brand sofa bed with Simmons mattress (140x190 bedding) The two beds are very comfortable.
Shower room with a 120x80 shower. Separate WC with a window. An entrance with a large dressing room completes this very apartment
 bright (5 windows with double glazing) and beautiful volumes. (Ceiling at 2.85m).
A parking space located in the closed courtyard of the building is reserved for you.
When you arrive, everything is ready! The beds are made. Household linen (sheets, duvet and pillow covers, gloves, bathroom and kitchen towels, bath mats) are included in the rental.
The protections: awls, pillow and bolster covers are changed at each rental.
Although cleaning is included, we count on everyone's kindness.
Box with free wifi and international TV channels.

Appartement conforme aux photos, trÚs bien équipé, bien situé avec une cour avec place de parking (un avantage à St Jean de Luz). Lumineux, agréable, calme, propre avec des équipements de qualité. Literie neuve, trÚs ferme. De nombreux produits à disposition. Je recommande vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésitation.

Location idéalement située, à 100-200 m à pied du cinéma, du marché des halles (superbe), d'une épicerie, boulangerie, 5 min du centre ville, de la plage. Appartement trÚs fonctionnel, propre, trÚs bien équipé, lumineux, calme, avec le grand plus de la place de parking indispensable en haute saison. Contact facile, chaleureux et efficace avec le propriétaire et l'autre personne qui nous a bien reçus pour l'accueil et le départ. A recommander sans hésitation.

Appartement au top, au calme, donnant sur la cour avec une place de parking, ce qui est inestimable sur St Jean de Luz. A 2mn à pied des halles et des nombreux restaurants. Un supérette Casino en face de la sortie. La grand plage à 5mn. Vraiment trÚs bon séjour.

L'appartement est idéalement placé en plain centre-ville et il est equipé avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un tres agreeable séjour a Saint-Jean-de-Luz en famille. Si vous allez en voiture, le parking est imprescindible et la place de cette appartement est tres practique.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette ville que nous adorons. La situation en plein centre nous permet de tout faire à pied et la proximité de la gare nous aurait permis d'y venir en train. Le logement est super équipé et la literie est top y compris le canapé-lit. Le parking est salutaire dans saint Jean de Luz. Bref un séjour parfait pour nous.

Petit appartement agréable, bien équipé et surtout idéalement placé : proche du marché, des commerces, de la plage... La place de parking est un plus indéniable vu la situation (hyper-centre). Il est possible de venir en train, la gare n'est pas trÚs loin. Bref, parfait.
