"Helpful multilingual staff at the desk 24/7 was very useful as I had a delayed flight. Free breakfast was a good bonus with generous and reasonable timings. I also liked the personally issued lockers that you don't have to pay extra for unlike some other hostels. The communal areas in the hostel were clean and well looked after, and it's a nice neighbourhood too if you want to get some local food or even fast food. I could do with an extra pillow but overall it wasn't a bad...

"Nyon hostel is quite as described by other reviews. It is very clean except the rooms you sleep in because of the type of travellers who are inconsiderate about others. These selfish and ignorent travellers should be told to clean up after them but the hostel takes a dim view of its responsibility to ensure every traveller feels safe and is able to sleep peacefully. "A simple hostel run by a family. Simple yet reasonable. Interestingly, all tenants during my stay were male. Initially the owner said that they’re overbooked and has to turn me to the dormitory despite of the fact that I’ve booked a room. Eventually he turned a kitchen into a room for me to spend the first night. Very close to a scenic walk with historical hydraulic power plant and natural giant pot holes."
