A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "Good one night stop. Should think of a better brrakfast area. The place where i had tye breakfast felt like a hostel / cheap area not a place where i paid £130/night."

"It's billed as four-star by French agencies, and while the restaurant is nice, and the food good, the rooms are three-star except for the beds, which are admittedly excellent and 5-star quality. Careful when choosing the side of the hotel for the room; "garden" looks over the pool and restaurant and can be noisy. Very nice staff."
