- A shower room with shower, sink, and toilet.
- Two bedrooms with TVs and double beds (for 2 people) (140 cm beds).
- A cabin with a double bed (for 2 people) and a TV.
- A cot and highchair.

Any damage or malfunction of household appliances not reported upon arrival will be charged to the departing tenants.

The apartment is equipped with duvets, crockery, and kitchen utensils. It does not include household linen or bed linen. Two security deposits will be required: one for the accommodation and one for cleaning.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning services are available upon request. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Any failure to comply with the rules and schedule will be penalized.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to plug an electric vehicle into a standard outlet (apartment or common area) – risk of fire.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Cleaning for 3-room apartment, 3-room cabin, or duplex: €106.
