Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina

"We had a wonderful stay at Pink Shell and would definitely recommend it! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. We traveled with our 19- and 22-year-old children and were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was such a nice surprise. We loved the screened-in porch and open-air deck overlooking the resort and beach. The amenities were fantastic. We loved having easy access to the pools and beach, especially the adults-only pool. The included breakfast each morning was excellent, and we really enjoyed using the complimentary bikes one day. We also ate at the casual restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed our meals. The location was lovely, parking was convenient, and we felt the price was very reasonable for everything included. One tip for future guests: bring some cash/small bills for tipping. We didn't anticipate how many opportunities there would be to tip, including the beach chair/umbrella attendants and breakfast staff. This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast, and we were a little disappointed that the Gulf water wasn't as clear as we expected, but obviously that's not something the resort can control. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Everyone treated us so kindly, and we would absolutely stay at Pink Shell again!"

"We had a great time at the Lighthouse. The room we were in was a little worn, flooring in living room area needs to be replaced as well as the counter tops. However, these things did not affect our stay and we did enjoy ourselves."
