"Very clean, comfortable, and secluded. This property was perfect. It’s tucked back from all the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything. Hosts were very sweet and responsive. Beds were comfortable. Great place to relax after being out and about in Fort Myers or on the island enjoying island life. I will be coming back!"

"The property manager Kim was so kind. She responded quickly and provided tons of helpful information about the local area for us! The kayaks and bikes were also lots of fun! We utilized the outside shower nearly daily after long mornings at the

"We spent 3 weeks here in February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well set up for easy living. It has 3 patio doors, all leading to the beautiful heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is well situated on the island to get to both ends of the island quickly. It’s close to shopping. "We choose this place because we wanted a place with a dock for our boat and good access to the Gulf. It was perfect. The house was larger than expected and the dock and boat lift was perfect. Our grandkids loved the swim spa. There was great access by boat to barrier island shell beaches. If your coming to fish, hunt shells or just boat ride and be outside this is the place."

St. James City provides access via boat to some of the most desirable beaches and islands, including Cayo Costa, Captiva, Sanibel and Boca Grande, while allowing you to stay out of the hustle and bustle of busy summer crowds.
