"Getting in was difficult for me as my phone ate my sim and refused to give it back, so I didn't have a working phone. The code I had initially been given didn't work and I had no means to contact the company until I got a new sim. (Fortunately I carry a spare phone when abroad) Once this was sorted I got in and all was fine, although the wifi was very poor. The wifi sorted itself out after a couple of days and then was fine. "Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"I don't typically leave reviews. I had a nice stay, but then the property kept spamming my Hotels.com messaging center with ads to stay at other properties they own in Europe. I reported it to Hotels.com, but continued receiving spam, 3 messages in total, even a month after my stay. Thus I'm forced to leave a less than ideal review. Don't spam paying customers who did not agree to marketing communications. "
