"I had a reservation and couldn't get into the building. I tried three different doors. no one was around. I walked the hall looking for staff.... no one was there. The hall stank! I could see that this hotel was not maintained. A pool was advertised....not even open. No water, the liner is off and it is dirty.
Trying to get my money back and no one will answer the phone. What a joke.
