"2010, 2012 puis 2025 et bien la qualité de service n'a pas changé. Le client est au coeur des préoccupations de l'équipe avec une certaine souplesse. Et entre 2012 et 2025, un joli spa a complété l'offre. Le petit déjeuné est toujours exceptionnel avec des produits locaux. Nous n'avons pas diné sur place par oubli de réservation, mais quelle délicatesse de nous prévenir par mail quelques jours avant et de nous communiquer des adresses de restaurants sur Gerardmer. "Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 24-day trip. The village where the hotel is located is quiet and about 20-30 minutes from the villages on the Alsace wine route. The young man who checked us in was helpful, but for some reason not especially friendly. The room was small, but was clean and overall comfortable.
