It is located in St Hilaire de Riez in the Village des Marines, equipped for 2 people on the 5th floor with elevator and covered parking, separate entrance and living room with 1 folding double bed + storage, 1 kitchenette with mini oven, 2 electric hotplates, fridge and micro wave. A bathroom with shower and WC, a balcony terrace with table and chairs for meals and enjoying 100% of the ocean (closed by sliding aluminum windows)

La situation de l'appartement est au top ! Plage, commerces, restaurants,...etc. L'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel. La vue sur mer est magnifique, surtout les coucher de soleil.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement vue sur l'océan. Tout est très fonctionnel. Le gros plus est sa localisation, pas besoin de voiture , tout est à proximité. De plus les propriétaires sont très agréables et prévenants.
