The fenced 80m2 wooden terrace invites you to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Surrounded by greenery, it feels very private and sheltered.

The house is only 400 metres from the beach. Enjoy the spaciousness, the Atlantic Ocean and picturesque sunsets on the coast. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for sporting activities such as horse riding, hiking, bowling, mountain biking, fishing or tennis.

You can also take a day trip to the nearby island of Île dYeu or to the northern city of Nantes, which is famous for its beautiful cathedral.

Enjoy the tranquillity of the small towns on the west coast of France to get away from it all.
