Beach Access = Primary Reason
When we arrived, we were so impressed with the proximity to the beach/ boardwalk! The beach was also so great-not too packed and saw so many Pelicans over at Pelican point which was fun to watch from afar. Downsides- everything inside was covered in dust (night stands, night stand lamps, dresser). I wiped it down myself. There is also a sink in the master bedroom which you can’t tell from the photos that it is in the bedroom (wasn’t a huge problem for me, the other 1/2 bath looks recently done). Also, if you are taller than 6ft, the shower head will be difficult to use as it is very short and doesn’t have a removable arm. I would also bring your own towels, the ones they had there did not smell good. The proximity to the beach is amazing, and the overall price of the place is worth it!! There are lots of places to stay on this island, drive to Beaufort was about 25-30 min. Closest gas station is about 15 min, so pack up before you come! We definitely had a great time and relaxed. We really enjoyed the pool at the club as well, but the food available for purchase there was out of personal crockpots… Overall the place has some quirks but I would recommend!

Wonderful first floor condo
We have returned to Harbor Island several times. This condo was pretty perfect for us. We love to go to Hunting Island State Park. We love the beach and the free pass that you all provide. Very well stocked kitchen and we just cannot say anything negative about this condo. We will stay here again. Highly recommend Seaside restaurant and picking fresh strawberries at Dempsey Farms.

Escape from northeast snow
Nicely furnished and comfortable for 2. Beach walks are wonderful. We always feel safe and secure here. Even saw an alligator in an inlet here. Beaufort is one of our favorite towns with so much to offer.

Harbor Island At Its Best
My wife and I spent Thanksgiving week at this property, near to our family in Beaufort. The condo served us well. It was just right for two people, and was well maintained and attractively decorated. We would be delighted to return next year if we were to celebrate with family again for the holiday.

Great location, Great view! I love this villa!
This 1 BR villa is first floor, so only a few steps up from parking immediately in front, Multiple trips to carry in those groceries and belongings are no problem. You are just a minute’s walk to the beach boardwalk, and can take advantage of a hose and shower head to clean off sandy feet and beach toys on your way back. This villa has an unobstructed view of the marsh leading out to the Atlantic. It can be seen from the kitchen through the pass-through to the living room, and through the "back" porch. The king bed is comfortable, the linens are good quality, and there's a well equipped kitchen including W/D. Good A/C, good Wi-Fi. Quick response from owners. Thank you!! We’re looking forward to our next stay!

We had a wonderful one month stay in this unit. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Short walk to the beach or the pool. It was our first time in this area and we loved exploring. Historic Beaufort is a treat. Can't wait to return.

Nice location, short walk to beach. The apartment was well furnished with plenty of supplies. Very relaxing to sit on back deck in the mornings with a coffee. There are plenty of dvds, games, and books for a raIny day.

Everything was comfortable, clean, beautiful and well appointed. Lots of nice touches such as a full selection of cooking spices and a pass to Huntington Island State Park. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Fantastic Winter Retreat
Clean, comfortable, quiet. The best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Easy walking distance to the hard sandy beach, perfect for walking. Fascinating view of the tidal marsh and southern sky. All this combined to make A-105 a fantastic winter retreat for us, providing a place where we could enjoy the out-of-doors, birding the beaches, bushes, and trees of Harbor Island, explore the beaches, and hole up in the condo on a rainy day if needed. Access to Hunting Island State Park was a definite plus, along with the opportunities to delve into the history of the region. So different from our winter home in the Midwest.

Love this property! It’s clean, updated, well maintained, comfortable and convenient. Great view of the marsh. Karen was the best property manager ever! I had many questions before and during a long term rental, and she was always available and responsive within minutes. Near the end of my rental the owners began transitioning to managing their own property. It was seamless; they were also immediately responsive and helpful. I’ll be back!!

This rental is well kept and homey. The furniture is comfortable and the appliances are not outdated, like I have experienced in other rentals. The location was perfect for beach access (very nice and quiet beach). It is less than one mile from bike and kayak rental, which we enjoyed.

Everything about this property was perfect for our visit to the Beaufort area. The space was super clean and well stocked with everything we could want. All of the dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils etc. we’re spotless and most looked brand new. The mattress was firm but not hard and we slept very well every night. I must mention that the beach themed decorations were delightful. All in all, the place is adorable! And the view! Lovely. About half of our stay was rainy or we would have spent hours on the wonderful deck. Our host was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was prompt with her responses and very helpful. She has provided many extras in this property including a pass to the state parks, which we used daily. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Karen! We will be back.
