The Owner advised us prior to arriving that it wasn't available and that a 'lido' was available in the nearest town without further explanation. "The cottage is extremely well equipped, cosy and comfortable with a wonderful welcome pack on arrival. The grounds are superbly maintained with plenty of different seating areas in order to make the most of the weather. The cottage is at the end of lane, so no passing vehicles, if you need peace and quiet, this is a haven of tranquility. Hope to return later in the year"

"Not what it seems, if you look the picture it looks pretty nice. Unfortunately on the right side you got he local tourist-bureau, on the left side the organize mountain-bike and boat-tours. So if you like a lot of people in front of your house and windows. Communication whit the owner was very difficult, late reactions. "Enjoyed 2 fabulous weeks in this ideal location. The gite was very well equipped and matched our every need. There was a plentiful supply of tourist info for the surroundin area and so we were never at a loss for things to do. Ian and Frances were superb hosts."

Business trip in Pontivy

"We were in Pontivy on Business. Checkin was seamless. As someone who is a light Sleeper I thought that our room near the lift would keep me awake, but it did not. The Black out Curtain is a great which helped me sleep. Ok There's no Coffee/Tea Maker but that wasn't a issue. There's a restaurant attached where we at twice, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was plentiful. THe Staff we excellent, Especially Paschal."

"The couple that run the hotel are so kind! There was a funny mistake from the language barrier but everything worked out and they truly go above and beyond to make you comfortable! We did choose to buy a fan for the room but that’s because we’re spoiled Americans accustomed to sleeping in 65 degrees even in the summer. "

"A superb property and fantastic value for money for our one week stay. A simple and spacious property that was a fantastic base for us to explore Cote d'Armor. The only reason i have not given 5 stars was the close proximity to the host family and the shared garden. A private outdoor space would make it 5 stars easily. "

"We are a large family group and this venue was perfect in giving us all our own space but also some excellent communal spaces to come together. The pool and outside space was excellent and there was nothing else we needed in the house - everything has been thought about and provided and Sebastien was on hand for anything we needed too. A perfect stay for us - thank you"
