Delightful Apartment

This was a superb apartment situated a short distance from a large beach. It was not far from the centre of the town. The property was very well equipped with everything that we needed. There was a secluded patio which caught the sun every morning. The apartment was ideal for 2 people and was very clean and well presented. We would definitely stay there again.

Très joli appartement

Agréable séjour dans un logement très bien équipé et super propre où l'on peut apprécier la tranquillité, la proximité des commerces et des restaurants, les longues balades le long de la côte ainsi qu'une plage en traversant la route et une terrasse très relaxante. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lorsque nous irons en Vendée.

Une semaine très agréable.

Location propre et soignée. Les propriétaires, présent sur le site, restent à l'écoute des clients sans interférer dans leur intimité, ce qui est fort appréciable. L'appartement est particulièrement bien placé et la place de parking sécurisée sur la propriété est un plus en saison estivale.

Gite superbe et bien équipé

Le gîte de Madame Guilloton est joli, bien équipé et très confortable. Il jouit d'une excellente localisation à deux pas de la plage (il y a juste à traverser la rue, de laquelle on est malgré tout bien isolés) Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse ! Merci à eux

Sehr, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Diese Wohnung war perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr, sehr sauber! Strand direkt gegenüber, centre ville mit Restaurants in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Drei gute Restaurants direkt um die Ecke.

Location idéalement située avec place de parking privée fort appréciable. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, avec équipement moderne et complet, la terrasse est un vrai plus. Accès facile à pied aux commerces, restaurants, marchés, embarcadère et à deux pas de la plage de Boisvinet. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et de bons conseils. Formidable séjour, logement parfait!

Logement fidèle en tout point aux photos. Son emplacement est parfait : face à la plage du Boisvinet, à 15mn à pieds du centre, tout proche de l'embarcadère pour l'île d'Yeu, et en face d'un des meilleurs restaurants de la ville. L'appartement est calme, frais, spacieux, très bien équipé et très confortable, agrémenté d'un petit jardin privatif très plaisant. Le logement était très propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et discrets; ils nous ont donné de bons conseil: Un excellent séjour avec soleil et chaleur en prime sur 13 jours!
