Gouezan - Maison familiale Presqu’île de Rhuys

Cocoonr agency offers this 70m² house for rent, which can easily accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a neat double living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Senseo machine, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.). Upstairs, the sleeping area and shower room await you, with a master bedroom with 160cm bedding and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. You can also enjoy the 150 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Two bedrooms One with 4 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A beautiful garden of 150 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Gouezan "🙂 L'emplacement. Très au calme. 🙁 Salle de bain trop petite. La porte de douche ne fermait pas, donc de l'eau au sol ! L'agence qui s'occupe du logement m'envoie des messages qu'en anglais, ce qui pour moi est insupportable. Je vis toute l'année à l'étranger, et quand je rentre dans mon pays c'est pour échanger en français !!"

Gouezan Logement parfait pour des vacances en famille! Nous avons adoré le confort du logement, très bien équipé, dans un environnement calme et central dans le Golf. Le petit jardin clos est parfait pour des enfants en bas âge. Nous gardons l'adresse pour de futurs séjours dans la région.

Gouezan "charmante maison bien équipée bien décorée et confortable. 🙂 l’équipement, la déco, la proximité avec le bord de mer, le confort. le fait que tout le linge de maison et les serviettes soient mis à disposition etait vraiment un plus pour nous. il y avait aussi tout le nécessaire de cuisine de première intention (condiments, thé café, produits ménagers, torchons…) très appréciable 🙁 rien. pourquoi pas proposer un kit bébé en complément de l’équipement"

Gouezan Petite maison très propre, confortable et bien équipée - le poêle est un vrai plus en hiver. Hameau tranquille, à 5/6 minutes en voiture des plages et de Saint Gildas. Pas d'échanges avec un propriétaire, mais l'agence qui gère la location offre un suivi régulier et attentif par messagerie, et un concierge est présent à l'arrivée.

Maison agréable bien équipée avec quelques jouets pour un enfant de 5 ans. Jardin petit mais bien orienté. Seul petit bemol, la maison mitoyenne est non entrenue. Les échanges avec l'agence Cocoon qui gère ce logement se sont tres bien déroulés. La localisation du logement n'est pas en centre-ville mais tout est disponible à 10 minutes en voiture. Je recommande !!

Gouezan "Très bon choix pour visiter le Morbihan comme point de départ. Accueil à revoir 🙂 Appartement bien équipé ,bien agencé et décoré. Quartier très silencieux. Proche des plages. 🙁 aucun accueil à l'arrivée....On avait pourtant indiqué notre heure d'arrivée sur le site Web et sur le chemin 2H avant d'arriver on avait appelé la personne pour lui signaler notre retard de 1H à 18H00 au lieu de 17H00 (samedi).La personne nous avait dit que tout est ouvert et qu'il suffisait de scanner le QR code.On avait rappelé plusieurs fois en laissant des messages personne ne nous avait rappelé. Bref, effectivement la porte était ouverte avec la clé dessus!! et pour le reste QR code.."

Gouezan "Logement très fonctionnel, très bien rénové. L'essentiel est fourni, les espaces sont spacieux. La literie est agréable. Le petit hameau est très calme. Je recommande cette location. Seul hic : le ménage pour lequel un forfait est proposé avec la location et qui n'est pas top notamment pour les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle."
