Calm and natural for this large recent villa 500m from the beach.
On the ground floor the house has a beautiful living space, living room - dining room - kitchen of 80 m2 and a suite with 160 bed and shower room with double sink and wc, 1 separate wc, a laundry room.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 2 suites with shower room, one with wc, 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds 2x90 and 2x80, 1 bathroom and 1 separate wc.
A baby cot with bars is also available, as well as equipment (bottle warmer, booster seat, changing table, travel cot).
A tv lounge.
Outside, two terraces: one on the ground floor and one upstairs to enjoy the sea view.
All your stay on foot or by bike, parking for 4 vehicles.
Ground of 800 m2 raised with shaded areas suitable for napping under the trees!
Nearby: the town center at 3 kms and sandy beaches at 5 min by foot.

Sehr ruhige Lage und viel Platz

Wir waren mit Freunden dort - 4 erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 7-14. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig gelegen . Zum nĂ€chsten BĂ€cker und Supermarkt waren es rund 2,5 km, also gut zu erreichen . Zum Strand lĂ€uft man eine gute Viertel Stunde . Das Haus war sauber und offen gestaltet, wodurch ein wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten fehlten. Es fehlten auch ein paar mehr große Töpfe fĂŒr 8 Personen , dafĂŒr war der KĂŒhlschrank sehr großzĂŒgig. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit einer super Lage. Olivier der Hausmeister war bei kleinen Problemen auch schnell da und hat alles zufriedenstellend gelöst. Ein schöner Aufenthalt ! Belle et grande maison

6 jours Ă  6 personnes en famille. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able. Dommage que les finitions et la literie ne soient pas du mĂȘme niveau. Pour votre image, vous devriez changer le oreillers et mettre des housses, au minimum. Des lits de 160 au lieu de 140 seraient plus agrĂ©ables. Les matelas et couettes auraient aussi besoin d’ĂȘtre changĂ©s. Sans ĂȘtre catastrophique, c’est dommage car la maison est classe bien qu’il manque des plinthes et des peintures de finition, ce qui n’est pas gĂȘnant pour dormir. Autre petit dĂ©tail pour vous donner 5 Ă©toiles, la cafetiĂšre Nespresso et le micro onde sont un peu vĂ©tustes et mĂ©ritent un changement. Pour qq centaines d’euros, vous pourriez donc avoir une note formidable. Cdlt et globalement c’était trĂšs bien.

Die französische Informationsseite ĂŒber das Ferienhaus enthĂ€lt wesentlich mehr und genauere Informationen als die deutsche Seite. Es wĂ€re von Vorteil, wenn die deutsche Seite die gleichen Informationen vermittelt wie die in originaler Sprache. Die Übergabe des Ferienhauses am Tag der Ankunft hat sich leider sehr herausgezögert auf Grund erheblicher VerspĂ€tung seitens der Vermieter und Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation. Das Haus an sich eignet sich gut fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub mit viel Platz, mehreren BĂ€dern, dem Garten und der NĂ€he zum Strand.

8 personnes ensemble sans se gĂȘner. Nombre de Salles d'eau et bains ainsi que les wc trĂšs bien pour 8. Materiel de cuisine tres bien. Tv Ă  trois endroits super. Tres jolie maison bien agrĂ©able avec son beau jardin. Trois remarques . Escalier particuliĂšrement dangereux. ImpĂ©ratif de prevoir une main courante pour ne pas avoir la sensation de vide. . Les terrasses sont Ă  refaire car les planches plient sous les pieds. Dangereux pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. En profiter pour ajouter un plan inclinĂ© aussi bien sur le devant de la maison que sur l'arriĂšre. . Les tables sont un peu justes en dimensions pour 8 personnes celle de dehors notamment.

Soleil sur le golfe

Grande maison, trÚs claire et bien équipée. Cuisine impeccable avec tout ce que l'on peut attendre. Seul petit manque, il n'y avait aucun produit de base de cuisine (huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre). Grand salon avec équipements Hi Tech. Table de Salle à manger pour 8 personnes. Commerces à 30 mn à pied. Chambres et literies confortables. Situation au bout d'une impasse, donc bien calme avec un grand jardin. En résumé, trÚs bon séjour.

TrĂšs belle maison. Niveau escalier: pas de garde-corps(trĂšs dangereux avec des enfants) mĂȘme avec des adultes . Table salle Ă  manger : 6 adultes et non 10 . Nous sommes obligĂ©s de rajouter la piteuse table salon de jardin . Fauteuils des salons haut et bas Ă  revoir . Chaises salle Ă  manger et cuisine en mauvaise Ă©tat . Mauvaise literie Ă  l'Ă©tage . Quel dommage d'avoir une cheminĂ©e et de ne pouvoir utiliser Ă  cette pĂ©riode . En conclusion : manque de finition dans toutes les piĂšces .

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einigen EinschrÀnkungen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, leider ist es nicht fertiggestellt (z.B. teilweise innen noch die Gipskarton-Platten zu sehen, unter den Waschbecken sieht man alles). Zudem gibt es KEIN Wifi, darauf sollte im Inserat explizit hingewiesen werden. Die Schiebefenster gehen schwer auf und zu. Die Sessel oben und unten dĂŒrften auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Garten hĂ€tte es verdient, im schönen bretonischen Stil angelegt zu werden. Schade, dass das an sich tolle und sehr moderne Haus (der Treppenaufgang ist ein Traum!) daher seinen Charme nicht voll ausspielen kann. Es ist jedenfalls sehr gerĂ€umig und groß. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man ist ein bisschen abseits der Touristenströme, was wir sehr schön fanden. Die Restaurantempfehlungen (L‘Endroit und Rhys Pizza) waren sehr lecker. Der BĂ€cker in Saint-Gildas auch. Der KĂŒstenwanderweg ist sehr reizvoll, die umliegenden StrĂ€nde auch.

Belle maison spacieuse

Belle maison spacieuse, trĂšs lumineuse et fonctionnelle, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre avec toutefois quelques bĂ©mols sur sa capacitĂ© en eau chaude et Ă©lectricitĂ© pour un groupe de 9 personnes. A partir de 14h nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude pour la vaisselle et pour se doucher le soir. Egalement souci Ă©lectrique pendant notre sĂ©jour, le propriĂ©taire est au courant. L’escalier n’est pas fait pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes ĂągĂ©es, trop dangereux. Enfin trop dommage de n’avoir pu utiliser le beau poĂ«le pendant cette pĂ©riode de NoĂ«l. MalgrĂ© ces dysfonctionnements, notre sĂ©jour s’est bien passĂ© et la maison est agrĂ©able Ă  vivre.

TrÚs bien. Manque quelques détails dans l'équipement maison Bien bien située, en zone trÚs tranquille (nous sommes en fin septembre). Il serait souhaitable d'avoir un téléviseur dans le salon principal et si possible de bonne qualité ainsi qu'un sÚche linge . Vacances entre "seniors dynamiques"

Maison trÚs confortable et spacieuse, bien aménagée pour la détente ! et bien située pour les balades et les visites culturelles. Un avis de Mamie : l'escalier desservant le 1er étage ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants. Nous avons profité au maximum de cette belle région, nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Cette maison est rĂ©cente et dispose donc de tout le confort. Elle est proche de l'ocĂ©an mais la plage accessible n'est pas la plus belle de St Gildas. Environnement trĂšs calme. Centre ville trĂšs facilement accessible en vĂ©lo. PropriĂ©taire et concierge agrĂ©ables et arrangeants. Dommage que les garages ne soient pas accessibles pour pouvoir ranger les vĂ©los. La dĂ©coration de la maison mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre finie Ă  l'Ă©tage. Mais au global, un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Location Ă  recommander.

TrÚs belle maison pour séjourner en grande famille. Chacun a son espace privé . Bien situé, on peux aller à la plage à pied. TrÚs bien équipée mais il manque un peu de jeux pour enfants. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Philippe.

Une location et un environnement au top

Une location et un environnement au top. Pour 10 vacanciers c'est le logement idéal, de l'espace et une intimité comme on les aime. Cuisine équipée pratique . Seul l'escalier pour aller aux chambre s serait un plus pour les enfants . Gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli s. Si besoin nous reviendrons.
