Chambre avec lit pour 2 personnes, séjour avec kitchenette, salle de bains, WC séparé, canapé lit pour deux personnes dans le séjour, nombreux rangements, et entrée. Très bien équipé : lave vaisselle et lave linge, four, four à micro ondes, réfrigérateur, avec compartiment congélation, bouilloire, cafetière électrique, appareil à raclette, vaisselles, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine, Télévision, chaine stéréo, appareil blu ray, lecteur CD, jeux de société, livres. WIFI gratuit à disposition.
Couettes, couvertures et oreillers fournis. Les housses de couette, draps et le linge maison n'est pas fourni (serviette de toilette).

Ménage fin de séjour inclus dans le prix.

A l'extérieur piscine en été en juillet et août (12m sur 6m), espaces verts.

Très bien situé car à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Saint Gervais, position dominante et au calme.
Très belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon du séjour. Les commerces, restaurants, bar sont à quelques minutes à pied.
Navette à gratuite à 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la télécabine du domaine skiable Evasion Mont Blanc (445 kms de piste).

Apparemment agréable, bien équipé et idéalement situé

J’ai passé 10 nuits dans cet appartement. Celui-ci est très bien équipé avec du matériel haut de gamme à l’instar du lave-vaisselle MIELE. La piscine est très agréable en fin de journée lors du retour des randos. Point positif, il n’y a pas d’horaire d’ouverture de cette dernière, ce qui permet de venir en décaler. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du centre ville. À pieds, en quelques minutes, vous Avez accès à une multitude de prestations : boulangerie, petit Casino, restaurant, patinoire, … Pour finir, l’appartement était hyper propre.

Appartement bien plus grand que la description du site. Dans une résidence calme et avec possibilité de garer sa voiture. Je recommande.
