The 70 m² chalet is located at the edge of the woods in a development of 24 houses in a hollow by the lake. It is built on two floors in a closed and grassy enclosure of 300 m². There is a terrace at the front and another at the back of the building (East and West) with no direct neighbors as it overlooks a wooded area. A barbecue is available for your grilling. The bedroom on the ground floor has a private shower room. A balcony at the level of the bedrooms offers a view of the lake depending on the season. Comfortable for 7 people (2 shower rooms). Norwegian stove (firewood provided free of charge). Beds are made upon your arrival. We provide towels, 6 dishcloths, and cleaning products. High-speed internet connection. 2 mountain bikes and two ladies' bicycles are provided free of charge. In season, a boat (4 people) with a Tohatsu 3.5HP thermal engine is available for rent on-site. A communal pool is open from July 1 to August 31, with water activities on the lake, pedal boat rentals.
Fishing for predator fish in the lake and for trout in the river of Laroquebrou. In every season, and for all ages, the chalet allows travelers to hike on the trails around the lake or to look for chanterelles and porcini mushrooms in the nearby woods. By car, there are several villages to discover such as Marcolès, Salers, Rocamadour, etc. Winter sports: Le Lioran is 1 hour from the chalet: 43 slopes and 18 ski lifts. Snowshoeing trails. The Legal pass: cross-country skiing with nine trails over 43 KM and 4 snowshoeing paths. Pailherols: a favored area for children for the joys of sliding on sleds.

SEJOUR CHALET

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, propriétaire très agréables. Logement très correct pour 7 personnes. Dommage simplement qu'il n'y ait pas de toilette à l'étage et qu'il n'y ait pas un abris au niveau de la terrasse car le parasol est un peu petit pour une table de 7 personnes. Un peu loin de la plage du lac par rapport à l'annonce, mais ça reste raisonnable. Si pas d'attache caravane, impossible d'utiliser la barque qui est normalement mise à disposition d'après l'annonce. Et attention, il faut certainement payer quelque chose à la capitainerie pour mettre la barque à l'eau.

Vacances dans le Cantal

Location à 200 m du lac a pied de belles balades ombragées avec nos 2 levriers de belles plages pour mettre les pieds dans l eau pour se rafraîchir...aux portes de l Aveyron pour visiter de beaux villages et ramener du bon fromages et un jambon de pays. La location est tres bien équipée et son jardin clos ombragé pour manger dehors au calme etait appréciable. Nous gardons de beaux souvenirs

Découverte et repos

Cette propriété est un endroit calme donc idéal pour le repos, la cuisine est fonctionnelle ,il ne manque rien. Dès la première nuit ,nous avons très bien dormi ,la literie est très bien. Les propriétaires sont très discrètes, elles vous accueillent avec un petit cadeaux maison (génial). Merci encore pour ce séjour qui fût une vrai découverte.

Séjour calme et reposant

Un chalet calme avec jardin fermer ce qui étés bien pour le chien, bien équipé, bonne literies, bon accueil des propriétaires avec qlqs surprises (confiture, digestif fait maison et pâté de la région) les alentours sont superbe, le lac pour les promenade avec beaucoup d'activités pour les jeunes et moins jeunes! Piscine dans le lotissement ce qui est appréciable quand il fait chaud. Belle région nous reviendrons surement ! Merci Mesdames Halk

Un petit coin de paradis

Le chalet de Marie-Hélène et Solange est parfaitement équipé et très propre. Idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pieds du lac de Saint-Etienne Cantalès, nous avons pu nous balader et profiter de ce magnifique coin de pays sans avoir à prendre la voiture chaque jour. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillantes et disponibles. Le jardin entièrement clôturé nous a permis de passer des vacances reposantes en famille sans avoir à toujours craindre que nos chiens s'échappent. En résumé, une expérience très réussie, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Au calme et bien situé

Une semaine reposante au coin du feu de bois, dans un cadre calme proposant pas mal de sites à voir aux alentours. Au programme : randonnée autour du Lac de Saint-Etienne-Cantalès, visites de Laroquebrou, Marcolès, Montsalvy, Rocamadour, Aurillac et Le Lioran pour finir et voir la neige. Toute la famille était enchantée.

Lovely house in a beautiful area

We loved the lake and surrounding areas which were perfect for walking with our dog. The enclosed garden is ideal. An hour from the mountains made it very easy to visit. The only negative for us was only one toilet for 7 people, otherwise, it was perfect for us.

Séjour réservant de très belles surprises

Le cadre est magnifique et tout est pratique ( proximité avec le lac ). Le chalet est très mignon et vraiment impeccable. Les hôtes sont très accueillantes et veillent avec beaucoup de discrétion et de bienveillance à ce que tout se passe bien. Les ados se sont vraiment bien amusés, les plus jeunes aussi ( centre d'équitation à côté ). Nous pourrions poursuivre les éloges ... Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et partons à regret. Nous reviendrons avec joie ! Caroline et sa famille.

beau chalet au pied du lac de St etienne cantales

propriétaires acceuillantes chalet tres bien equipé et sapacieux avec vtt barbecue barque de peche et le tout au pied du lac de surcroit complétement entouré pour les vacanciers qui possédent des animaux emplacement de choix pour profiter du lac , de ses aménagements et des ballades ( le tout s'en etre obligé de prendre sa voiture) pour les vacanciers qui aiment la nature et désirent visiter les magnifiques villages du cantal , n'hésitez a reserver ce chalet pour notre part nous reviendrons l'année prochaine

Accueil, propreté et serviabilité au TOP!!!

Accueil chaleureux, des hôtes aux petits soins, un logement hyper propre, et avec ça il ne manque rien: accessoires de cuisine plus qu'il n'en faut, jeux de sociétés, vélos à disposition, super cadeaux d’accueil et pour couronner le tout une déco aux petits oignons pour Halloween avec des toiles d'araignées, sorcières, citrouilles et bonbons qui vont avec!! Bref, à 2' du lac, au calme et des propriétaires aux petits soins vous passerez un excellent séjour, au cœur du Cantal, dans un lotissement privé et une nature abondante! Encore merci pour l'accueil et toutes vos attentions+++
