"Das 3.x im Paradies"

Waren das 3. mal im Ferienhaus. Lage noch immer einmalig. An der einfachen Innenausstattung hat sich in den letzten Jahren leider nichts verändert. Es müssen unbedingt neue Möbel und TV angeschafft werden. Jetziges Inventar gehört komplett auf den Sperrmüll. Das Haus müsste innen unbedingt renoviert werden. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ideal für Kinder und Naturliebhaber. Wir fahren sicherlich in der Zukunft nochmals in das Haus in den Dünen.

Natur pur und Ruhe

Wir haben die Ruhe und die tolle Umgebung sehr genossen. Endloser Strand, ruhige Bucht zum Schwimmen in der Nähe an der Mündung der Ay, wenn das Meer zu wild ist. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Besitzer sollten vielleicht einige Investitionen planen, manche Möbel Küchenausrüstung und Bettdecken sollten ausgetauscht werden.

Top Lage, mangelnde Ausstattung,

Waren das zweite mal in der FEWO, hatten aber oft schlechtes Wetter und mussten uns im Ferienhaus aufhalten. Die Innenausstattung und Ordnung wurde bereits im letzten Jahr bemängelt und nicht verändert. Nach 5 Minuten schmerzt der Rücken auf der sperrmüllreifen Bestuhlung. Es gab deutsches Fernsehen aus einem uralten Mini TV mit ganz schlechter Akustik. Die Hälfte aller Schränke war wieder mit Müll vollgestopft. Das Haus ist ideal bei schönem Wetter. Die Küchenausstattung ist uralt.

Wir kommen wieder!!!

Fantastische, ruhige Lage für Naturliebhaber, Keine Unterkunft für Menschen die fan brauchen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter!! Vermieter spricht nur französisch. Haus muss innen renoviert werden. Innenräume sind "abgewohnt". Besteck, einige Töpfe und Pfannen sind größten Teils verschlissen und gehören in den Müll.

Einfaches Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist außen frisch gestrichen und sieht mit seinen blauen Fensterläden sehr freundlich aus. Innen könnte es etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein, es steht sehr viel herum und es fehlt eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. Man kann nicht mehr ganz direkt vom Haus an den Strand, da die Dünenkante dort abgebrochen ist. Der Bäcker in einem kleinen Weiler Richtung St. Germain-sur-Ay bourg (ca. 2,5 km) ist sehr empfehlenswert - das Baguette lässt sich auch am nächsten Tag noch super aufbacken.

Sehr schön, auch wenn es das Wetter mal nicht ist.

Schön außerhalb gelegen, ist hier Ruhe pur zu genießen. Die Kinder konnten den ganzen Tag draußen rumrennen und spielen, während weit und breit kein Mensch auch nur zu erahnen war. Der Blick über die Dünen war traumhaft und der Strand schön sauber und ruhig. Im Ort gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Touristenpreisen und einige recht gute Restaurants. Gerne wieder. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmal...

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Allein auf einem großen Grundstück, umgeben von Naturgrundstücken. Von den nächsten Nachbarn hört und sieht man nichts. Die einzigen ständigen Mitbewohner sind Kanienchen, nebst ihren Hinterlassenschaften und Fliegen. Esist eben Natur! In Verlängerung der Zufahrt gibt es einen kleinen Natur–Parkplatz, der überwiegend von Besuchern des dortigen FKK–Strands besucht wird.Blick auf das Meer hat man nur aus der ersten Etage des Hauses, oder wenn man auf den Dünenabbruch geht, was aber auch den Vorteil hat, das man recht windgeschützt sitzen kann. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren spektakulär. Die Einrichtung und das Kücheninventar sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und somit etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein Haus an der Küste ist natürlich auch immer etwas feucht. Außer einer Elektroheizung gibt es auch einen großen Kamin im Wohnraum, der wunderbar funtioniert.Die Übergabe und die Abnahme des Hauses war sehr nett und vollkommen unkompliziert.Die fantastische Lage des Hauses und die absolute Ruhe dort haben die kleinen Mängel bei weitem übertroffen. Reisetipps: Were sich für jüngere Geschichte interessiert, findet viel an den "Landungsstränden". Ältere Geschicht findet man in Bayeux mit dem Wandteppich aus dem 11.Jh., sowiein mehreren alten Abteien und Klöstern, Chateaus und Burgen.Freund der Leuchttürme kommen auf der Cotentin–Halbinsel auch nicht zu kurz.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes,...

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, großzügiges Ambiente, hauseigene Klippe mit Meerblick aus dem Obergeschoß.Sehr freundlicher Empfang trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten durch das Vermieterehepaar, Endabnahme problemlos.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisetipps: Cap La Hague und Mont St. Michel sind problemlos zu erreichen, sehr schönes Naturschutzgebiet direkt am Haus und in Brainville.

Maison idéal au calme avec vue dégagée à 360°

Cette maison est idéal pour ceux qui aime le calme. Il n'y a pas de voisins proches et les plages sont vraiment agréables avec peu de personnes. Le climat est aussi assez idéal avec un air vivifiant. Il y a aussi les fruits de mer excellent pour se remettre en forme. Tout pour bien se ressourcer.
