"Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het huisje van Cecile. Wij hadden de middelste van de drie huisjes.Het ontbrak ons aan niets!!Het huisje was net klaar na een verbouwing van een jaar en dit hebben zij heel goed en mooi gedaan. Het was ruim en goed ingericht, de badkamer was netjes en de slaapkamers ook. Een geweldig huisje met alles erop en eraan. De elektrische bbq en de complete terras set was heel fijn. "The property provided all we needed for overnight stops on the journeys too and from the Dordogne. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the cider that was kindly left for us on both nights. We would recommend the property for an overnight or short stay in the area."

"The house being rented is the gaurds house next to the road. The yard is fully enclosed and gated. Our family 16 and 19 year olds really enjoyed this property. They got their own rooms with friends. They played pickel ball. We walked to the bakery. We saw fawns in the morning by the castle. The castle is needing renovations to the point that it is condemned. "This was a lovely place to stay. It was situated within an easy drive to Monet’s garden, restaurants and shopping. It was also close to the train station and a short train ride to Paris. The house was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the ability to do laundry was an added bonus. The host communicated well and check in and check out was easy. This is a wonderful place to stay when in the Giverney/Vernon area. "
