J'ai payé alors que le logement était loué. la propriétaire m'en a informé directement par message. Attention, il faut egalement qu'elle annule la reservation sur le site pour être remboursé. J'ai du faire appel au service client pour résoudre le problème. Le service est trés aimable et a su résoudre le problème rapidement pour être remboursé. Donc attention aux dates et contacter le propriétaire avant de faire une réservation.
