"Very quiet location but near enough to the Normandy beaches and ferry terminal at Caen. We had a lovely big bedroom and en-suite in Tom's well renovated home. All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area."

"Proximité des commerces, Restaurant très bien"

Dining was straight forward. We had dinner at the grillright next door once and ate breakfast there both mornings. The food was good. Thers is also A Macdonalds close by for the less discerning. Lots of restaurants in the town - ewhich is a short drive away, but easy to navigate."

"Historic chateau. Spacious room. Lovely breakfast included. Parking available"

"I gave this hotel a five-star rating in every category without hesitation. I can honestly say that this is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. No detail is left unattended, no question by staff or request unanswered, no disappointment in food quality, and obviously, no maintenance deferred in the facility or spacious grounds and rooms. This is a sign of outstanding management and careful selection of staff. I heartily recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to get away from the...

"A wonderful lodge for the last night in France 🇫🇷 we wish we could have stayed longer. My children loved the little hide away bedroom and the roll top bath. Clemence offered an excellent dinner recommendation at a local craft beer tap room. The food was divine! As was the beer. We would highly recommend this accommodation."
