Pretty Villa With Garden and Swimming Pool Between sea and Mountain Title
JolieVilla independent with swimming pool (8x4) and small garden. Very quiet environment. House located between the river, the seaside and the mountain. It offers a pleasant and relaxing base. Many cultural activities (France radio music festival etc ...) and sports nearby. The sea is 20km away (La Grande Motte, Palavas, Sete etc ....)
Montpellier is nearby (15 minutes by car or 10 minutes from the tram which will provide you with a parking space and will take you to the historic center of Montpellier).
The village of Saint Gely is a 10-minute walk away.
The river is nearby: 20/25 minutes from country roads.
House on 2 levels. 2 bedrooms: upstairs a large air-conditioned bedroom (master suite) 160 cm bed and bathroom.
On the ground floor a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Possibility for 4 people. Possibility of adding a bed for one person.
Large living room of 40m2 opening onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
Barbecue area at the back.

Séjour agréable dans une jolie villa bien située
Villa dans un quartier calme, bien située, proche de Montpellier, entre la mer et l'arrière pays.
Maison tout confort, avec belle pièce principale, la terrasse nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas dehors.
Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre à l'étage.
Il était agréable de se baigner dans la piscine.
