"A wonderful location - felt like sitting in the mountains. Locally, there were some great walks, spectacular vistas and interesting excursions. Fab river swimming nearby too. View from terrace was amazing and house had everything we needed. It was quite remote, making it very quiet and peaceful - bliss! Joëlle and Patrick were super welcoming, kind and friendly. We loved it!"

"The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."

"We stayed only 2 nights in this very clean, with love decorated house. Really friendly owner, complete house, very comfortable. The guests from another appartment at the property share the entrance, you are therefore outside not totally privat, but inside the house you are . We would highly recommend this beautiful place!"

So much wildlife and nature to enjoy and the lovely town of Sauve a short walk away as well as lots of walking trails. "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. "Le gîte est suffisamment grand pour une famille de quatre personnes. Belle piscine très bien entretenue et très agréable. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de la table de ping-pong. Le village de Sauve est à deux kilomètres seulement, accessible à pied ou à vélo par un chemin. Pas mal d’activités sportives (canyoning, canoë, spéléo, randonnée...) et de visites possibles dans les environs, mais on peut aussi faire le choix de profiter du calme et de la piscine pour se reposer....

"We had a fantastic stay here - the quality of the apartment is very high and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Danielle was a lovely hostess and we managed to communicate well despite our limited French. The location is a beautiful and tranquil one outside the village and close to the lagoons. Lovely beaches, scenery and wildlife. We can't wait to return."

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."
