"This house is great! Amazing ocean views from all the rooms. We had 7 adults including my 88 year old mom and 4 grandchildren ages 2 and under. The crib room and 2 pack n plays provided was a great benefit to us as well as the wagons, unbrellas and sand toys provided in the garage. Outdoor shower and faucet was perfect for getting all the sand off of everyone before entering the house and the toys when we came back from the beach. The pools are great and kiddy pools at both. We rented an 8 person golf cart to get people and "stuff" around and to go to pools on both sides of the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking daily meals. All the bedrooms were very comfy. We made many family memories and would definitely rent the house again. "

"We wanted to visit the Fort Kent area but wanted to avoid the over priced touristy hotels. We needed a place so we could relax, cook, have some beers, and let our hair down.This property offered us all of thee above and more.Very roomy, plenty of outdoor porch space, a large dining table to eat on (and play cards). When it was time for bed there was plenty of space to socialize or go to a corner to finish up some homework. We had a wonderful time and I’m sure we’ll be back! We’ll be sure to alert any other motorcycles riders heading Fort Kent way that this is a true diamond and will take care of all their needs! "

"Terrible experience. Reported to expedia and will report to the state. This is a scam, property refused to refund after they told expedia we showed up after they close. So they close at 3, exactly an hour after check-in? Ok, that makes sense....scam scam scam. Property is absolute garbage, electricity not even connected. State has deemed the property uninhabitable."
