"I was lucky enough to be in one of the newly-renovated rooms on the 3rd floor. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I've stayed in this hotel several times and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. My only issue this time was the almost constant low 'humming' sound from outside. The room was to the rear of the property so maybe it was the air conditioning units, and could very well have come from other neighbouring buildings. There was not much that the hotel staff could do about it, but I think I'll request a front-facing room next time I book!"
