6 ladies on a 5 days trip. Really a nice house. Good communication with owner. Only thing was that one of the beds was a bunk bed :( We read a lot of comments before. And all comments around the house is empty for kitchen stuff. Wasn't true anymore. So all in all a nice stay in nice weather :)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet, jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und der Pool und die Terrasse sind genau wie auf den Fotos, wir waren begeistert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this spacious, relaxing and well equipped villa. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the island, but was equally brilliant for just spending a lazy day around the pool. The terrace has amazing views, particularly as the sun is setting. It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a small shop just a couple of minutes drive. It is however a reasonable walk from town (30+ minutes) but a quick easy drive. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to return soon x

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Terrasse ist ein Traum, vor allem die Abende mit Sonnenuntergang. Einziges Manko ist die etwas ältere Küche und Waschmaschine. Nach St. Florent braucht man ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto, einen Bäcker und kleinen Supermarkt kann man auch in ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa. Les lits étaient confortables... la cuisine assez bien équipée. Les couchers de soleil grandiose. Seul petit bémol nous avons voulu nous servir du BBQ mais il n'y a avait plus de propane. N'hésitez pas à réserver.

Nous avons séjourné fin aout 2023 avec 4 ados. La maison est bien équipée, joliment décorée et très agréable sur les hauteurs de Saint Florent avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie. Seul petit bémol la proximité des voisins. Un grand merci à Karen a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans cette très belle villa. La maison est décorée avec goût, dispose de tout l’équipement et le confort nécessaire. La propriétaire est restée disponible et à l’écoute durant notre séjour. Et bien évidemment la cerise sur le gâteau est une vue extraordinaire sur le golfe de Saint-Florent, que l’on soit sur la belle terrasse/piscine ou à l’intérieur de la maison.

Rien de spécial à redire sur la maison. Hormis plusieurs détails qui gâchent un peu la semaine : - Bouteille de gaz vide lorsque l'on a voulu se servir du barbecue. Rupture de stock dans les 3 stations services. Donc, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le barbecue de la semaine. - Les prises de la terrasse ne fonctionnaient pas et c'était à nous de rechercher quel plomb avait lâché vu qu'il n'y a aucun repère sur le tableau électrique. - Les pompes de relevage des condensats des climatisations font du bruit dans les 2 grandes chambres. Très gênant la nuit pour dormir. - Une évacuation de vasque se bouche malgré le fait que nous ayons nettoyé le siphon nous même. Donc, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un meilleur suivi après chaque location.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles perfekt - nur zwei Minuspunkte für Küche und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Armatur in der Küche war kaum befestigt und die Geschirrspülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert, da dass Geschirr war noch sehr dreckig war. Die Waschmaschine im Bad war teils verrostet und nicht einladend. Für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse müsste das korrigiert werden. Ansonsten ist es sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage toll und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Wir haben auch den Pool sehr genossen.

Wir waren 4 Tage hier - Ende August/ Anfang September und haben >450 Euro/ Tag bezahlt. Erstmal das Positive: Der Blick von der Terrasse des Hauses auf's Meer und den Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen ist wirklich toll. Haus und Zimmer sind geräumig. Was allerdings, aus unserer Perspektive in der Preisklasse nicht geht sind folgende Punkte: Das Haus liegt mitten in einer größeren Ferienanlage und ist eine Doppelhaushälte. Man teilt sich den gleichen Aufgang die Pools liegen unmittelbar nebeneinander. Die 2 Grills stehen ca. 2m auseinander. Das Nachbarhaus auf der rechten Seite ist ähnlich nah. Keine persönliche Übergabe, Rücknahme und auch keine Rückfrage zwischendurch ob alles ok. Die Outdoor- & Terrassenmöbel wirkten ziemlich abgenutzt, die Folie des Pools oberhalb der Wasserkante ist bereits grün/ veralgt. Die Ausstattung innen ist sehr einfach/ billig und teilweise abgewohnt. Der Deckel der Spühlmaschine schließt nicht richtig, das Wasserhahn der Spüle ist lose, die Waschmaschine verrostet. Die Matratzen haben teilweise bereits Liegekuhlen. Auch eine Basis-Starter-Kit fehlt komplett: Kein Toilettenpapier, keine Servietten/ Küchenrolle, Seife, Spülmaschinentubs, Duschgel oder Kaffeekapseln (die Art der Kaffeemaschine steht auch nicht in der Anzeige). Das wäre gerade so ok, wenn das super Billigangebot aber bei knapp 500€/ Tag ein no go. Da wir im gleichen Urlaub noch in 2 anderen Locations waren, kann ich auch bestätigen - es geht auch anders!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa, située à 3min en voiture de Saint Florent. La villa est décorée avec goût, est propre et très fonctionnelle. Effectivement, la promiscuité avec la villa d’à côté peut gêner mais ne nous a aucunement dérangé. Le clou de spectacle : la vue splendide sur la baie de St Florent et les agriates. Ce fut chaque soir un spectacle hypnotisant de 2h. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!
