Architect-designed Villa located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and the Saint Florent port with a clear view of the mountains.
The house was selected on the Europaconcorsi architectural contest.
It is tastefully furnished and has all the necessary equipment for your stay (air-conditioning, barbecue, Wi-Fi...)
It has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The windows offer a view on the terrace and the private pool, the open kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the pool house, ideal for convivial meals by the water.
It is also possible to rent an independent 1-bedroom accommodatation nearby that can accommodate 4 guests.

Belles vacances en famille

La maison était comme sur les photos. Dans l‘équipement de la cuisine il nous manquait des bols pour le petit déjeuner et quelques grandes poiles et casseroles. Il y a deux problème de moisissure dans la maison qu‘on a montré aux responsable, ceux-ci vont y s’occuper. Les Portes ne se Laissent pas tous verrouiller convenablement, mais il n‘y a pas de danger de vol dans ce quartier. La vue est formidable, on était très calme. Il y avait même des vaches qui ont traversées la montagne près de la terasse. Le supermarché est très proche, on y arrive à pied. Pour aller à la mer/ à St. Florent il faut prendre la voiture car il y a qu‘une grande route. Nous avons passez des magnifiques vacances!!!

Great stay in Saint-Florent

Nice house and location. Exactly like shown in the pictures. Posibility to rent a smaller, second house next door, which would be good for a large family or bigger group of friends. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Emplacement très bien et calme. Grande maison et belle piscine mais ne correspond pas au descriptif. Elle fait. 3m x 10m et non pas 4m x 10m. Nettoyage de la maison pas top. Problème d’écoulement dans une douche. Rapport qualité/prix moyen.

Amazing Villa with Pool

The villa is amazing and is located near beautiful small town Saint Florent. Within the gated community there are only beautiful houses and it's in direct nature. The view is amazing and the garden and the pool are just perfect. The house is very modern and has enough space for 8 people. Marina, the manager is really nice and helped us out with everything we asked her. It was the perfect stay!

Très jolie maison dans un lotissement mais sans vis à vis à l’entrée de saint Florent - accueil très sympathique et prévenant - le cadre et la vue parfaits -s’il fallait trouver un point négatif : Pour 8 adultes le réfrigérateur est un peu juste (heureusement que le Leclerc est à côté à pieds) et il manque un fil à linge ( on a installé le notre😜) en tout cas séjour parfait dans cette maison

Ferienhaus für Architekturliebhaber

Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus mit anspruchsvoller Architektur /Gestaltung, etwas abseits der Küste , liegt am Ende der Stichstrasse oben in einem Neubaugebiet am Hang... Adresse ist etwas schwer zu finden da die Zufahrt Wohngebiet beschrankt ist ... Haus ist rückseitig im Hang tlw. eingegraben... vereinzelte Bautätigkeiten im Umfeld sind möglich ... war aber vom Lärm ok, sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse/Loggia mit schönem gepflegten heckengesäumten Garten und unbeheiztem Pool sowie fantastischen Weitblick in die Berge, kleiner Bouleplatz auf dem Grundstück, gut sortierter Supermarkt etc. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sehr freundliche Housekeeperin... Kommen gerne wieder

Wonderful spot to relax.

Large property, well equipped in beautiful part of corsica. Fabulous outdoor seating area with much needed pool. Petanque course was added bonus.

Une villa superbe épurée comme on les aime. Une conception haut de gamme pour vacances super TOP

La maison avec une conception spécifique est une villa faite pour les vacances pour 8 personnes. Avec ses 3 salles de bain et ses 3 toilettes pas de promiscuité. La piscine est superbe et la résidence au calme. La proximité du Leclerc pourrait au premier abord inquiéter mais en fait on ne le voit pas et la résidence est vraiment tranquille sans aucune perturbation due à ce supermarché. Cela devient même rapidement un avantage pour les courses journalières pour 8 Des vacances top

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison de plein pied , très bien équipée, à 3 couples - la maison convient très bien avec ses trois salles de bains et deux wc indépendants. La piscine est également un atout indispensable - les courses sont facilitées par la présence d’ un supermarché à environ 300 mètres

Il ne faut pas arriver un dimanche, car après 24h de voyage, il n'y a pas d'eau au frais pour vous accueillir. La maison est très agréable à vivre mais elle manque d'entretien. Il faut remplir la piscine tous les jours car elle fuit. Problème avec les rideaux et les fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas ou ils ne s'ouvrent pas. Impossible d'aller à St FLORENT à pied.du à la route national 2 km.

Sejour de luxe

Pour qui aime le luxe, qu'il loue cette magnifique maison d architecte a deux pas de st Florent et de la plage. Très bien équipée a part 2/3 petites choses sans importance. A recommander sans hésitation.
