Located in Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire, this charming 62 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You benefit from private Wi-Fi, a television, and a washing machine for your comfort. This self-catering tourist accommodation offers self-check-in and a beautiful view of the pond and surrounding countryside. The small house, attached to the owners' residence, faces a pond in front of the estate's orchard, offering all the charm of the countryside and its local wildlife, ideal for peaceful walks.



Enjoy your private garden as well as the uncovered shared terrace to relax in a rural atmosphere and observe nature. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Cats and small dogs are allowed during your stay. Events are not permitted and smoking is prohibited throughout the house.



The hosts live on site, but not in the reserved accommodation. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee (book one day before your departure). The property is easily accessible by car, motorbike or bicycle (closed garage with the owners for the latter two). A set of bed linen and towels is provided; an additional charge applies for extra sets. You are asked to leave the house clean upon departure. Cleaning fees may be charged if this rule is not respected.
