"Souki Lodges was one of the most beautiful places my husband and I have ever stayed. Every detail from the accommodation, food, presentation had been really well thought out. We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did.
