"Expedia confirmed our booking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and when we called someone picked up and hung up on us. Be mindful that the last 15 km are on a dangerous mountain road without guardrail and any ability to pass any other car most of the time. Safe yourself a headache and skip this horrible experience."

"The place is quite and calm if you wish to stay bring your own car to take you in valberg 15 min any time you want the town is nice but dont ecowct to be snowing in winter time theres no snow,, no traffic its a center of tge town"

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"Chambre bien agencée et personnel courtois. La vaisselle n’est pas en bon état, le set de nettoyage pour le sol est ancien…L’emplacement de l’hôtel très bien, pas loin des pistes à pied ( attention ça monte un peu)."
