Apartment HIBISCUS

  • To discover the authentic Martinique, come and spend a pleasant stay in this type F3 cottage of 120 m² and enjoy the calm and serenity of the countryside, located 3 km from the village of Saint-Esprit, in the South Center of Martinique and 15 minutes from the nearest beaches (Sainte-Luce, Rivière-Pilote, Trois-Ilets...).

    This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with a flowered garden and outdoor parking.
    It is composed of:
    - 1 Fitted and equipped kitchen
    - 1 Living room with 2-seater sofa bed, TNT TV, Table and 6 chairs, Buffet, and ceiling fan.
    - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside table.
    - 1 bedroom with 2 small beds (90 x 200) or 1 double bed (180 x 200), wardrobe, bedside table.
    - 1 Shower room with hot water
    - 1 Large Terrace with 1 table and 6 chairs, barbecue.

    In the city of the SAINT-ESPRIT, you will discover the museum located in the heart of the village.

    Near the town, the nearest towns are:

    - RIVIERE-PILOTE where you can visit the La Mauny Distillery, the Ecomuseum and enjoy its beach located at Anse Figuier.

    - The TROIS-ILETS with the house of the cane, the Golf, the savannah of the slaves and the Pottery.

    - LE MARIN for its Nautical Club and Marina.

    - LE DIAMANT, renowned for its rock, is one of the most famous sites in Martinique.

    - SAINTE-LUCE known for its various beaches (Anse Mabouya, Corps de Garde, Gros Raisin).

    A deposit of 200 euros will be requested at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed and will be returned in case of no damage.

Séjour fin d'année

Ce Séjour c'est très bien déroulé avec des proprios à l'écoute trouvant des solutions à chaque besoins, environnement calme vue splendide avec un logement tout à fait Cosy. Bilan très positif je dirais même a refaire

Dépaysant et reposant

Très bel emplacement, une vue superbe et lointaine de cette terrasse où l’on vit la grande majorité du temps au calme. Emplacement de la maison au centre de toutes destinations de l’île. Très bien pour 4 personnes, tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre tranquillement est disponible. Alain est très disponible pour vous venir en aide si souci et pour vous conseiller. Un petit effort à faire pour assurer un wifi de qualité. Merci pour ce beau sejour.

Pas idéal

Sale plein de bêtes. Très peu d'accueil personne plusieurs fois absence accès difficile de la propriété

The property is a nice property must say , however i was unsatisfied by what was advertised and what we got , we paid for a 3 bedroom got 2 , we saw on the website there was hottub , grill etc none was there false advertising ,we didnt get those at all . Property manager voiced theyvmentioned on the website That you need a vechile to maneuver around this too was not listed , apartment wasnt cleaned to extent , monies were not refundable and this wasn't nice at all. We paid 2thousand something dollars and when we got there was a different story manager was not cooperative, when we tried to explain she actually was not sympathetic its like she couldn't be bothered with us . All she concern about is if we staying at the place or not but i was like sonvecause u have the money already you not trying to understand whats happening with us . We travelled we are your guest . Apartment has roaches, fridge wasnt cleaned properly , bed frames a really dirty , mattress as well , placed has alot of insects , mosquitos, wifi not functional properly, televison only 10 stataions playing and is only news , cartoons, church , etc not even one for a lil movie . We actually in a country have to walk up 3 hills and a long stretch area is very difficult to find . We paid for a place expecting by port manager will be there awaiting guest to show them place no show at all . My rating willl be very poor because the service was poor and false advertising was major problem . We need our refun
