"I loved our stay at the property. The staff was exceedingly and abundantly helpful. The amenities were perfect. The only issue was the overwhelming scent of mildew as soon as our room door opened, so much so that our belongings smell like mildew after our departure. Everything will need washed/aired out but overlooking that - the stay was PERFECT. "

"We stayed in the butler suite, room was very clean and amenities were superb, service was excellent, food choices was great didn’t need reservations to dine only for the Japanese restaurant, wasn’t crowded, it was excellent, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the carpet in the hallway was a bit dated "

"The overall property was magnificent, well kept, and enjoyable. Very welcoming and a lot to do on resort. My only take away from it was the buffet restaurant. Items didn’t taste too fresh and not much of a selection. I always think all closed spaces should have more fans or windows the buffet restaurant and the sports bar was extremely warm. The flys would also help with the mosquitos. Overall I yet would rate the resort as great place and I will return. Lastly my most favorite restaurant was Zenn, the live crew were very enjoyable, and all workers were very polite and friendly. "
